The double life of some Santa Clara County police officers is very interesting, as political consultants and investigators during the day and elected officials at night.
omar din, JR Fruen and Lucas Ramez They help San Jose city council members research and implement policies while also governing the cities they live in. Din served as vice mayor of Sunnyvale, Fruen as a council member of Cupertino, and Ramez as a council member of Mountain View.
These officials believe their day jobs at San Jose City Hall help their leadership roles in their hometowns by giving them deeper insight into how policy decisions can affect their cities.
