Additional voting centers open throughout San Mateo County

The San Mateo County Elections Director announced nine additional voting centers for the first midterm elections to be held on November 8, which are already operational as of this Saturday, October 29.

This was reported by Mark Church, director of elections for San Mateo County, who pointed out that the additional centers are located in Burlingame, Daly City, East Palo Alto, Half Moon Bay, Pacifica and San Carlos.

Meanwhile, voting centers that opened in early October are in Redwood City, San Mateo and South San Francisco.

Voting centers currently open for the November 8 elections are located at:

  • Redwood City: County Assessor-Clerk-Recorder, 555 County Center, 1st Floor
  • San Mateo: Registration and Elections Division, 40 Tower Rd.
  • South San Francisco: Main Library, 840 W. Orange Ave., South San Francisco

Meanwhile, the additional voting centers that opened this weekend are located in:

  • Burlingame: Community Center, 850 Burlingame Ave.
  • Daly City: Pacelli Event Center, 145 Lake Merced Blvd.
  • East Palo Alto: Lewis and Joan Platt East Palo Alto Family YMCA, 550 Bell St.
  • Half Moon Bay: Emergency Operations Center, 537 Kelly Ave.
  • Pac ica: St. Peter Parish, 700 Oddstad Blvd.
  • San Carlos: Library, community room, 610 Elm St.

Opening hours are until November 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day, and on November 8th from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

36 additional Vote Centers will open on November 5, for a total of 45 locations available for Election Day.
