Redwood City. A man suffered fatal injuries in a stabbing outside
a grocery store in the city on Sunday night, police said.
The officers responded at 7:24 p.m. to a call from someone who was in
in front of the Safeway store at the Sequoia station mall at 1000 El Camino Real, when they arrived they found an injured man at the entrance to the Safeway.
The man, who was taken to Stanford Hospital, had two stab wounds in his chest and one in his right arm.
The suspect fled after the stabbing and was described as
a light-skinned man in his 30s and 40s, of medium build and with short hair.
