Each project will be developed by different groups in partnership with the Mayor\u2019s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD), other city agencies and community partners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MOHCD will fund the acquisition and pre-development of new projects.
