Half Moon Bay is no exception and this coming November 5th they will decide who will be the next representatives of Districts 2 and 3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Districts 1, 4, and 5 will elect representatives in the 2026 election. Photo: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/patricbojonsson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook Patric Bo Jonsson<\/a><\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A resident of Half Moon Bay for more than 35 years, he says he is deeply committed to preserving the waterfront while also seeking to address the town\u2019s most pressing issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My record of accomplishments and community involvement includes serving on the Half Moon Bay Planning Commission for eight years, where I gained insight into the intricacies of city planning and development, as well as being recognized by a member of Congress for my community service to the city.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He has served as president of the Amesport Landing Homeowners Association, and volunteered as a member of the Half Moon Bay Architectural Review Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She has also served on the Measure E Oversight Committee and the Hatch Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If elected to the City Council, he says he will prioritize addressing the financial shortfall, protecting the historic charm of downtown Half Moon Bay and increasing tourism revenue in ways that benefit the community, while working to maintain local control over land use projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI am an adaptable and transparent leader who values diverse perspectives and constructive dialogue. Let us work together to preserve the unique character of Half Moon Bay and ensure its value for present and future generations. Photo: P360P Archive<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The current mayor of Half Moon Bay is a regional director of JobTrain, and of his 50 years of age, 38 have been as a resident of the city for which he runs.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jimenez is bilingual in Spanish and English and holds a bachelor&#039;s degree in Sociology from California State University (CSU) Chico. I want to make sure your voice is heard. I assure you that I will listen to your concerns and your perspectives, and address the issues fairly.
