This Wednesday, Governor Gavin Newsom signed a series of bills to address the crisis of homelessness and mental health issues facing residents experiencing homelessness.
That strategy, Newsom said Monday, will complement a housing plan that will allocate $12 billion to provide access to health services to Californians in need.
