This Sunday, two earthquakes shook the Bay Area, both of which were of magnitude 2.6 according to the US Geological Survey.
The first occurred at 3:21 a.m. in the foothills east of San Jose, centered on Joseph D. Grant County Park in Santa Clara County.
While the second movement was at 11:19 a.m. just inside the northwest corner of Sonoma County north of Big Sulfur Creek.
No injuries were reported in either of the two quakes. According to the US Geological Survey, people generally report that they can feel motion of more than 2.5 magnitude.
