Redwood City Library to offer series of financial literacy courses

In partnership with Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center and Silicon Valley Community Foundation, the Redwood City Library will offer a series of 5-week financial literacy courses.

The series entitled "Secure Futures: Money Awareness" will focus on a variety of topics ranging from savings to project planning and borrowing. 

Registration for the event is limited and participants interested in the series of financial education courses should plan to attend all 5 sessions.

Interested parties must register in advance at https://rencenter.org/event/secure-futures-peninsula/.

Participants will also receive personalized coaching from the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center.

It should be noted that the financial education courses are face-to-face and will be held from May 2 to June 6, from 6:00 pm to 8:45 pm. Once a week for 5 weeks.

May 16| Class 3: Spending Plan.

May 23| Class 4: Money Lending, Part I.

June 6| Class 5: Money Lending, Part II.
