After the disappearance of a 3-year-old girl in the city of Millbrae was reported on January 1, this Thursday the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office reported that the minor was safely located in Mexico.
Little Andrea Flores was abducted by her father, Víctor Flores Enríquez, who did not have custody, on the first day of the year at 581 Magnolia Avenue in Millbrae.
The authority specified that the minor was safely recovered and reunited with her family, thanks to the joint work with the Federal Bureau of Investigation? FBI, for its acronym in English? and the Mexican authorities, last Saturday, January 7.
Without further information in this regard, it was specified that Andrea is already back in the Bay Area, and that, so far, the whereabouts of the abductor are unknown.
"Thank you to the public for your concern, your support, and for submitting suggestions in this case. We also ask that you respect the privacy of the family at this time," the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office wrote on its Twitter account.
Flores Enriquez, who has not been located, was described as a 33-year-old Hispanic male with brown hair and hazel eyes.
The last time he was seen, he was wearing a blue T-shirt and blue jeans.
