A 26-year-old Redwood City man was killed in a shooting Tuesday night in East Palo Alto, police said.
Around 9 p.m., Menlo Park Fire District crews came upon a man sitting in a vehicle parked along the sidewalk in the 100 block of Jasmine Way and later discovered he had been shot.
The victim was taken to a hospital, but succumbed to his injuries, police said. The name has not yet been released.
