The St. Patrick's Day parade is taking place in San Francisco on Saturday morning starting at 11 a.m., and motorists in the area should expect delays while Muni service from downtown SF will have detours, transit agency officials said.
The parade will take place along Market Street beginning at Second Street and ending at the San Francisco Civic Center.
