San Mateo police ask for help locating two missing children

The San Mateo Police Department is attempting to locate Claudia Ramirez-Banales, a 16-year-old San Mateo resident, as well as her 5-month-old daughter, Abigail Ramirez-Banales, who may be at risk.

Both were seen by
