The County of Los Angeles unveiled a restoration plan for the Our Lady Queen of Angels Portiuncula River, known as the Los Angeles River, which is expected to improve access and infrastructure along the 51-mile tributary.
The plan hopes to incorporate the communities crossed by the river, where they will be able to have recreational areas, cycling trails and public roads.
