On February 11, at approximately 4:00 p.m., an adult female was sexually assaulted in San Mateo County on the stairs leading to the beach at Gray Whale Cove in the unincorporated area.
The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office The suspect was described as a white male in his 30s, approximately 5'7″ tall, slightly overweight and with a “beer belly”, dark brown hair and a medium length brown beard.
It should be noted that the assailant was wearing a tight dark navy blue spandex-type shirt, baggy cotton jogger-type pants, no socks or shoes.
The authorities detailed that the perpetrator was wearing a black backpack at the time of the attack.
The description of the perpetrator was provided to a cartoonist and the sketch was issued by the authorities.

The unknown attacker is wanted on charges of forcible sexual penetration, coercive sexual assault, and false confinement with violence.
