Casa Círculo Cultural students celebrate Children's Day with a play performance

Theater students from Casa Circulo Cultural presented excerpts from the play "Just So Stories» by Rudyard Kipling in celebration of Children's Day.

"Join me, my best beloved audience, my dear audience, and I will tell you a tale of the far off times. When the Elephant had no trunk, the Armadillo had no name, and the Whale ate everything in the sea. ? Join me, my dear public, my dear audience, and I will tell you a tale of the far off times. This is the introduction to the bilingual staging that children performed outside the Redwood City Library on behalf of Casa Círculo Cultural to celebrate Children's Day.

Considered a classic of children's literature, the book translated into Spanish as "Precisamente así" or "Los cuentos de así fue" is a work of fantastic and wonderful genre by the British author Rudyard Kipling and published in 1902. 

The students performed in front of an audience of family members and parents.

In addition, various activities such as handicrafts and the distribution of books for children between the ages of zero and five years old were carried out.
