San Francisco will host the Women's World Cup Village

The city of San Francisco will once again host the World Cup Village ?World Cup Village?, on this occasion for women, an event in which four matches of the contest will be screened, in addition to offering various activities for the whole family.

And it is that, the non-profit organization Street Soccer USA, in association with the city of San Francisco, is leading the production of a public projection of four matches of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 in iconic locations in the center of the city. city.

In the Village there will be food trucks, local merchants, performances, activities, live music and more, all around the giant screens.

Venues and dates for the Women's World Cup Village include:

  • El Cruce, located at 200 Folsom st., where the match between the teams from the USA and Vietnam will be broadcast on July 21 at 6:00 p.m. While on August 10 the quarterfinal match will take place at the same time.
  • Embarcadero Plaza, located on Market st. and Steuart st., where the dispute between the USA and the Netherlands will be broadcast on the screens on July 26 at 6:00 p.m.
  • JFK Promenade at 14th Ave. East Meadow, in Golden Gate Park, will host the round 16 telecast on August 5 at 7:00 p.m.
